Community Resource Partners works closely with clients to identify and meet their event goals including management, budgeting, identifying and cultivating relationships with sponsors for monetary and/or product donations, contract negotiations, community and business involvements, public relations, silent and live auctions and raising funds.

With the increased need for well-planned growth and development, Community Resource Partners takes a pro-active approach to building support with the local community and its diverse and vocal groups. We develop strategic plans to interact with local political officials, community leaders, key organizations and neighboring homeowners to gain support of business or real estate projects.

Community Resource Partners creatively and effectively establishes campaign formats, platforms and strategies to build support for candidates, initiatives and referendums. We work with national, state and local party organizations, elected officials and constituencies. Activities include creating and implementing campaign plans; supervising volunteers and campaign staff; designing, producing and distributing informational materials; and overseeing communications. Efforts extend into assisting with speech writing, directing event planning and tracking all expenses.

Susan Wiener Berk gained experience starting in 1995 by organizing local grass roots support for a public park project in Los Angeles and obtaining approval by Steve Soboroff, then president of the Los Angeles Department of Recreations and Parks Commission. Since then, Susan has been active in managing local elections for candidates, initiatives and referendums along with community relations management for businesses, non-profit organizations and real property development projects. Susan has the skills necessary to sway public opinion and rally support behind a cause. Susan also does event planning for corporate and non-profit organizations. Other achievements include former Trustee of the Echo Foundation for hearing impaired children in Culver City, former member of the Board of Directors of the League of Women Voters, Past President of the Rotary Club of Beverly Hills, former member of the Board of Directors of the Beverly Hills Education Foundation, former member of the Board of Directors of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, and former Host Town Co-Chair for the 2015 Special Olympics World Games.
